Admin users can send physical cards to users. This can be done on their Investar Bank Commercial Card dashboard.
- Log in to https://app.cmlcard.investarbank.com.
Navigate to the Users page on the left-hand side menu.
Click the user's tile to issue a physical card.
In the top-right corner of the screen, click "Send" and select "Physical Card".
Under Card Selection, choose Physical Card. Click Next.
Fill out the Card Limit and verify the shipping address. You can also click "Add new shipping address" in case you need to enter a different delivery address for the request. Once everything checks out, click Next.
When finished, click Submit, and a success window will appear, confirming that the card has been issued.
