Only companies organized and registered in the United States (such as C-corporations, S-corporations, LLCs, LLPs, or Sole Proprietors) may apply for an Investar Bank Commercial Card. Consumers, unincorporated partnerships, and companies registered outside the United States are not permitted to use or attempt to open or use an Investar Bank Commercial Card account.
We need a physical address to maintain your Investar Bank Commercial Card account as a US business. If you currently operate your business from a residence, you can use a residential address.
International founders without a physical address in the United States are welcome to apply if they have the following: a US incorporation, a US EIN, an ITIN, and a US billing address.
