Users can change the status of their physical or virtual cards. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log in to https://app.cmlcard.investarbank.com.
2. Navigate to the Cards page on the side menu.
3. Under the Active tab, click the tile of the card whose status you want to change to open the card overview page.
4. Click the Actions dropdown button located at the top right corner of the card overview page. This will allow you to select the preferred card status - Freeze Card or Unfreeze Card.
5. Confirm the action, and a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen to indicate that your card has been successfully frozen or unfrozen.
